What we offer
On-demand Italian courses, e-books, guided programs that run in editions, and one-to-one lessons via video call. Each product page states what is included and its price.
Your account
Purchases and lessons require an account with accurate details, for your personal use only. Keep your password to yourself: what happens through your account is attributed to you.
Prices and invoices
Prices are in euro. No VAT is charged because the seller operates under the Italian flat-rate scheme ("regime forfettario", art. 1(54–89), Law 190/2014): the price you see is the price you pay. Every payment produces an electronic invoice, available in your account and transmitted to the Italian Revenue Agency as required by law.
Courses and e-books
You get access immediately after payment, for your personal use: a license for you, not for sharing, reselling or redistributing. Where a course offers a free preview, use it to decide before you buy. Because access to digital content is immediate, by purchasing you ask for immediate performance and — as EU consumer law provides for digital content (art. 59(o), Italian Consumer Code) — you acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right ends once you access the content. Your purchases stay available in your account for as long as the service operates; if the service were ever to close, we will give reasonable notice so you can complete your courses and keep what is downloadable.
Guided programs
A guided program runs in editions, with the start, duration and contents stated on its page, and includes personal corrections by the teacher. If an edition is sold out or closed, the waiting list is free and commits you to nothing. You may withdraw within 14 days of purchase: before the edition starts you get a full refund; once it has started, the refund is proportional to the part of the program already delivered. Once the edition has ended, no refund is due. Exchanges happen through the channels stated on the program page (which may include Telegram).
One-to-one lessons
The trial lesson has the price and duration shown at booking. Lessons are sold in packages; the price per lesson is stated before you pay. Purchased lessons do not expire: they stay in your package until used. You can move or cancel a scheduled lesson from your area up to 24 hours before it starts — a cancelled lesson goes back into your package, nothing is lost. With less than 24 hours' notice, write to the teacher: recovery is at her discretion. If the teacher has to cancel, the lesson is always rescheduled or, if you prefer, refunded.
Fair use of the materials
All materials (videos, PDFs, quizzes, corrections) are the intellectual property of Valeria Verona and are licensed to you for personal study. Do not share accounts, publish or redistribute materials. Accounts used to circumvent these terms can be suspended; anything you have paid for and not received is refunded.
Our commitments, and their limits
We run this service with care and keep it available as much as reasonably possible, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules and the courts of your country of residence.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published here with its date; material changes are announced to registered users by email. Purchases already made keep the terms in force when you bought.
